7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email acies.apps@gmail.com with:

• The email address used for purchase
• The name of the extension
• Your order or receipt ID (if available)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe/ExtensionPay.

Exceptions

Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase will not be honored unless required by applicable law.
